I may be interested in either Baleno or Swift

I understand that Baleno is an old design - but what are the advantages over Swift?

which may be more reliable?

pleae advice.

Well, both the cars are now rather close to each other thanks to the pricing.. of course 2 lakhs is the difference but yet...

Well, the baleno is real fun to drive( i hear) but i have driven the swift and it really is a drivers car.. and, the power to weight ratios are definately on the side of the swift..

you could always buy a swift and the money saved could be used to add studd like wider tires, K & N filter and so on... It'l turn into one hot ride, this car and it has loadsa chic value...

the baleno is bif.. thats all its got.. but, i haven't driven it, so..... I really wouldnit know.. if u ask me, go for the swift....

both Baleno and swift are cars designed with the driver in mind.

baleno has a really versatile engine. offers very good mileage without compromising on performance or driving pleasure. it can pull from 20 odd kpmh in 4th gear, 30kmph in 5th gear and go screaming all the way to 160+. the boot will be useful only if you travel often or need to move around regularly with lot of stuff in the back. it also known for its relaibility and very low maintenance. one rarely comes across a baleno in the second hand market and that should say a lot about the percentage of satisfied owners.

go for the swift if looks are important
